All orders are shipped within the United States via UPS. We offer free shipping on all orders. Order processing takes 1-3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. We are not liable for, nor will we provide compensation for, delivery delays caused by weather, peak logistics periods, or issues with third-party carriers.

6. Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Rules

Before Shipment: Customers may cancel orders for any reason and receive a full refund without incurring service fees.

After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. All refund requests must comply with our official return and refund policy. Customers must submit a return request, return the item in its original, unused condition, and await warehouse inspection before a refund can be processed.

"Final Sale" items and clearance merchandise are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
